    We've seen passionate nonprofit leaders spending hours in spreadsheets, manually tracking renewals, and piecing together workarounds just to keep their member programs running.

    There had to be a better way, a tool designed specifically for organizations that prioritize relationships over revenue, and community over complexity.

    The Problem

    I spent years watching small nonprofits struggle with tools that weren't built for them. Enterprise CRMs came with enterprise price tags and enterprise complexity. Free tools got the job half-done, leaving teams to fill the gaps with manual work.

    The Trigger

    The breaking point came when I saw a small museum nearly lose a third of their members simply because they couldn't keep track of renewal dates. These were people who loved the organization, they just slipped through the cracks.

    The Solution

    Belong CRM was born from a simple idea: what if there was a membership platform that felt as welcoming as the communities it serves? One that handles the busywork so nonprofit teams can focus on what matters—their people.
