    Welcome to Belong CRM ("Belong," "we," "us," or "our"). Belong CRM provides a membership and community management platform designed specifically for nonprofit organizations.

    By accessing or using Belong CRM, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

    1. Who Belong CRM Is For

    Belong CRM is intended for:

    • Nonprofit organizations and community-focused groups
    • Organization administrators and staff
    • Members and supporters interacting through organization-managed portals

    You must be at least 18 years old to create an organization account.

    2. The Role of Belong CRM

    Belong CRM:

    • Provides tools to manage memberships, programs, and payments
    • Facilitates payment processing through third-party providers (such as Stripe)
    • Does not act as a bank, financial institution, or fundraising intermediary

    Belong CRM does not control, manage, or guarantee:

    • The operations of nonprofit organizations
    • How organizations use funds they receive
    • Tax deductibility of memberships or donations

    3. Accounts and Responsibilities

    Organization Accounts

    Organizations are responsible for:

    • Providing accurate information
    • Managing their users and permissions
    • Complying with all applicable laws, regulations, and nonprofit requirements
    • Communicating clearly with their members about benefits, renewals, and policies

    Member Accounts

    Members are responsible for:

    • Providing accurate payment and contact information
    • Understanding the organization's membership terms and benefits

    4. Payments, Fees, and Transparency

    Belong CRM is built on transparent pricing.

    Payment Processing

    • Payments are processed by third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe)
    • Processing fees are set by the payment processor and may change independently of Belong CRM

    Platform Fees

    • Belong CRM may charge a platform fee, which is clearly disclosed during checkout
    • Organizations may choose to allow members to help cover these fees

    Belong CRM does not control payment processor fees and is not responsible for processing delays, chargebacks, or payment disputes handled by third-party providers.

    5. Refunds and Cancellations

    Belong CRM does not issue refunds on behalf of organizations.

    Refunds, cancellations, and membership changes are governed by:

    • The organization's policies
    • Payment processor rules

    Members should contact the organization directly for refund requests.

    6. Data and Privacy

    Belong CRM respects your data.

    • Organizations retain ownership of their data
    • Members' data belongs to the organization they interact with
    • Belong CRM uses data only to operate and improve the platform

    7. Acceptable Use

    You agree not to:

    • Use Belong CRM for illegal or fraudulent activity
    • Misrepresent an organization or affiliation
    • Attempt to access accounts or data you do not own
    • Interfere with platform security or performance

    We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

    8. Service Availability

    Belong CRM is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis.

    We strive for reliability, but we do not guarantee:

    • Continuous uptime
    • Error-free operation
    • Compatibility with all devices or integrations

    We may update, modify, or discontinue features as the platform evolves.

    9. Termination

    You may stop using Belong CRM at any time.

    We may suspend or terminate access if:

    • These Terms are violated
    • Required legal or security obligations apply
    • The platform is misused or abused

    Organizations are responsible for exporting their data before termination.

    10. Limitation of Liability

    To the fullest extent permitted by law:

    • Belong CRM is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
    • Belong CRM is not responsible for disputes between organizations and members
    • Belong CRM is not responsible for lost revenue, donations, or memberships

    11. Changes to These Terms

    We may update these Terms from time to time.

    If changes are significant:

    • We will update the "Last Updated" date
    • Continued use of the platform means acceptance of the updated Terms

    12. Governing Law

    These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Belong CRM operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
